You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract was concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal reached us. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees in any case as a result of this reimbursement. If you requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, your right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance after you have expressly agreed that we begin before the withdrawal period expires and you have confirmed your knowledge that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal when performance begins. In the case of services, your right of withdrawal expires when we have fully performed the service and you have previously expressly requested that we begin before the withdrawal period expires and you have confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract.
