Photo Instructions

For an accurate analysis, we need a sharp, well-lit photo.

Result usually in under a minute · GDPR-compliant

Můžete vybrat až 10 fotografií stejného místa na kůži – nebo krátké video, ze kterého snímky získáme přímo ve vašem zařízení. Samotné video se nikdy neodesílá.

Desktop tip

For the sharpest shot we recommend a smartphone - most webcams produce blurry skin close-ups.

    Good lighting

    Take the photo in daylight or bright light. Avoid shadows on the skin area.

  2. 02

    Get close

    Hold the camera 10-15 cm from the skin area. The mole should fill the image.

  3. 03

    Focus

    Tap the screen to focus the camera on the mole. Wait until the image is sharp.

  4. 04

    Hold steady

    Hold your phone still. If the image is blurry, we will show you a warning and you can retake the photo.
